I'm hanging on by a thread. Holding onto it with one gripped hand whose nails have dug deep into its palm. Red drops fall on the rose tint in front of my eyes and taint it. I never realized that everything I was tightly clinging onto had become desolate. Or maybe I'd been blind and it had always been barren? How could I've know that the flowers we planted together would never bloom? You've scorched and salted the garden we could never nurture. We'll never get it back and the thread is snapping, I think I'm finally ready to let go.
This shape exploration portrays the abstraction of a body with two dynamic arms creating rounded movements next to a static core. Around it extends negative space which allows the shape to interact circularly with itself to contrast the different elements and dynamics within the body.
